A photography workshop

On 17th August we had an amazing photography workshop named "Imagination:An art of seeing" By Kaushik Ghelani at the department of English .Which is hosted by Trushali dodiya, student of the department of English M.A sem-3 and welcomed by me. In which the students from the life science department also remained present. Kaushik Ghelani sir is a whild life photographer as well as a filmmaker. He is highly influenced by writer Dhruv Bhatt . Dhruv Bhatt gives him a pen name and that is #આરણ્યક .

In this photography workshop we learnt about what photography is as well as so many interesting photography tips and rules of photography. As I'm a student I can connect with Dilip barad sir , he mentioned in his words that literature is all about the world of visuals and visuals are more powerful than the words. Photography can also help us in film studies and framing as well as in documentation.

In the answer of what is photography kaushik Ghelani sir mentioned that photography is what in which your eyes can work as a camera, you can explore your life , and the most important thing is no one can teach you photography.

Aesthetic photography, how to see different, planned and unplanned photos as well as some rules of photography.we learnt about nine rules of photography and they are….

    1.One third rule :

In which we easily get an idea of photo, photo's focus or we can say that main themes are here as well as breathing space in photo, there are no negative space, these all things makes your work super fantastic.

     2.Golden point:

         ( Historical places )

We also find golden point rule in this photo.

3.Center Focus rule:Emphasize subject in center if you get to see such subject.

In this photo we can easily get to know about the rules he mentioned many photos from his wildlife photography too.

    4.Symmentry:

Subject divided into two parts like mirror and reflects its symmetrical Beauty.

These both images are from symmetry rules .

  5.Geometric shapes:

   6.leading lines :

Leading lines kinda photo is this , which lead towards other objects of the photograph.

  7.Head/leading room:

Where subject wants to see , you must have to focus on that side that's called leading line photo.

8.Depth of field:This kind of rules can help us in street photography.

  9.Break the rules:

It's all depends on the Visdom of knowledge.

These are the rules which we learnt in workshop.

Here are some clicks from the event.
